Information on the processing of personal data provided for the registration on the site (hereinafter, “Website”), pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30/06/2003.

Information on the processing of Personal Information

Personal data will be processed by SLOWCRAFT to allow the registration of the User to the Website; to send newsletters, sales campaigns and other communications relating to periodic or occasional services; to perform statistical and market research; to run and manage the contract of sale that may be concluded with the User, as well as requirements, legal or tax and accounting, connected to it.
The personal data transmitted by the User of the Website at the time of filling in forms, orders, requests or questionnaires, or by sending e-mail messages (hereinafter, “Personal Data”) will be received and processed by the trademark SLOWCRAFT and the website (hereinafter, “SLOWCRAFT”).
The provision of Personal Data is voluntary; however, the absence of some of them (marked with an asterisk in the modules) prevents SLOWCRAFT to provide the requested services or to conclude the contract of sale. The processing of Personal Data is carried out by SLOWCRAFT staff using manual, electronic and telematics tools that guarantee security and confidentiality. Personal Data is normally stored on both paper and IT means. They will also be registered in the database owned by SLOWCRAFT, and made available to parties who operate within the company. Personal Data may also be disclosed to selected third parties: to trading partners of SLOWCRAFT, and those in charge of logistics, shipping, delivering of products in sale and returning the products purchased; to banks and financial institutes for management of receipts and payments, including suppliers of electronic payment services and their intermediaries; to consultants and contractors engaged by SLOWCRAFT to provide professional services, e.g. (including but not limited to) assistance in tax, accounting and legal matters; to entities that provide services of management of information systems and telecommunications networks for SLOWCRAFT; to subjects who carry out inspection, auditing and certification of the activities performed by SLOWCRAFT, also in the interests of customers. In case SLOWCRAFT acts as an intermediary, the Personal Data needed will be communicated to the supplier who will treat them in accordance with its privacy policy and will be solely responsible for processing thus performed.

Consent to treatment

With acceptance of this statement, you agree to this privacy policy and authorize SLOWCRAFT to treat the Personal Data acquired in accordance with the purposes and in the manner indicated. You can give your consent to receive advertising of products and/or communications from SLOWCRAFT.

Right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

It is up to the parties concerned to decide to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, provided for them by the applicable laws, and in particular by art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30/06/2003.
SLOWCRAFT also allows to any User to exercise the right to obtain the cancellation of his/her own Personal Data. In this case, SLOWCRAFT can still retain some of the data to meet or deal with any legal and fiscal obligations. To exercise the rights mentioned, the User may send an e-mail to or send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to SLOWCRAFT Commercial Office, Via Torino 23, 21040 Gerenzano (VA) Italy.

Contents of Personal Data

The individual is responsible for the veracity of his/her own Personal Data communicated or transmitted. SLOWCRAFT assumes that the Personal Data have been provided and communicated by the person himself or by a person authorized by him.

Security of Personal Data

Under the current legislation regarding the protection of data, SLOWCRAFT adopted appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data provided by users and has also installed all means and measures available to prevent their loss, manipulation, alteration, unauthorized access and theft.

Use of cookies and Internet Protocol (IP)

Users do not have to provide any personal information nor are they required to do so, for a simple visit and navigation at the Website.
For the use of the Website services so called “cookies” (a set of characters sent and stored in the hard disk or in the temporary memory of the User’s computer or other similar device, when he/she accesses the pages of the Website) are used, in order to improve the Service provided. The information can only be read by the Website that initiated the sending of cookies to the device. These cookies are automatically stored in the computer (or other device) you use, but do not keep any kind of information relative to the User, since they are completely anonymous. The information that SLOWCRAFT preserves by means of cookies consists solely of a number code that identifies a User, as well as his/her preferences (such as the navigation language used), and the date on which the cookie was deposited. SLOWCRAFT can also record the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses as identification of the computer from which you access the web.
